Would you like to create your own sourdough starter? There are several ways to create them, and depending on their purpose you may create several differently. Here, for download, is one that’s easy to start. After it’s ready to use you can keep it as a liquid starter or develop it into a sweet starter, a stiff starter or a sweet stiff starter. The choice is yours!
